Making hard cheese requires the use of mechanically applied pressure to compress the curd. MS (mechanical cheese presses) and PPS (Pneumatic cheese presses) are provided for small and middle size Dairies. Presses are simple to use and can press up to 150 kg cheese in one time.

Cheese presses are made from stainless steel and can be equiped with additional equipment:

Portable milking devices are designed for milking cows in small farms, one devices optimal count are 5-10 cow, depending on model. We offer milking devices with electrical connection or with gasoline motor.

Milk are collected in one or two 25 l stainless steel or 18 l plastic jugs.
Vacuum pump capacity is 10,2 m3/h.

Dairy kettles for cheese production 100 - 650 l

 

Milk Pasteurizer Cheese Vat

Cheese kettles are used for the thermal processing of milk into different dairy products cheese, curd, yogurt. You can choose kettles from 100 l and up to 650 l. Cheese kettles are designed to maintain temperature from 3°C and 90°C .

Three part insulated coat is entirely made of stainless steel W.Nr.1.4301, with open circuit heating system. Kettles are heated via electrical heaters.

Milk cooling is made trough water pipe, collector or chilled water. Chilled water reduces cooling time and use of water.
